We are looking to engage a motivated and organised Irrigation Sales Manager to lead a dynamic and dedicated team for a local specialist irrigation company based in Ashburton. The focus of the company is to provide water solutions to agricultural clients by providing design, supply, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems. The team is dedicated to delivering clients with products and services that will add value, improve productivity and profitability whilst providing superior service. The main purpose of the Sales Manager role is to: • Oversee all sales activities • Develop budgets and financial forecasts • Implement plans to increase brand awareness • Increase sales, profitability, and market share • Exceed customer expectations and maximise opportunities • Set sales targets and KPI’s • Motivate and lead the sales team • Provide further training to increase sales This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm, with a vehicle, laptop and phone provided. Salary is negotiable for an experienced Sales Manager with industry experience. To be successful in this position you will need to have a proven background in sales and management, be passionate about getting the best out of your team, be resilient, organised, self-driven and have a professional and empowering approach.
