Hi, my name is Joanne Summer and I am based in Ashburton where I have lived for many years. I have spent many years working on my own self-development and personal growth.

I have experience in overcoming addiction, negative self-talk, and a general feeling of unworthiness. I have a diploma in life coaching as well as I am a ICF Certified Coach -  (International Coaching Federation).

I help people transform their lives from where they are now to where they want to be.

I have an 8-week programme that I can offer my clients using techniques that have been proven to remove limiting beliefs, trapped emotions and conflicting values.

I also offer traditional coaching which uses a series of self-reflection questions to discover values and goals.

I can do one on one sessions as well as via Zoom and WhatsApp.

My passion is to help my client to be the best version of themselves.

I can deal with any issues, problems and obstacles that may be keeping my client from achieving their hearts desires.

My Mission is to:  Provide a safe and happy space for growth and transformation.
