Alluvial Restaurant Chef Wanted

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Chef to join our dedicated team. Our complex encompasses a restaurant, public bar, conference/function room, bottle store and motels.

At Alluvial Restaurant we strive to provide the highest standards by serving fresh, local produce in a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere.

Full time hours available with competitive pay rate based on experience.

The successful applicant will need to have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ commercial kitchen experience, prep and cooking
• Level 4 and 5 in professional cookery
• Experience in events
• Excellent attitude, time keeping and initiative
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/days/weekends and public holidays

Above all a passion for food and a hunger to achieve!
