Are you competent operating machinery and taking measurements? Our client has been operating in Ashburton for over 40 years and is part of a large global group that manufacture high quality plastic products to clients nationally and worldwide. Due to the high demand of their quality product and continual market and company growth, they require Factory Machine Operators to work set shifts on days and nights. We have roles available on each shift Twilight 3.00pm-11.15pm and Night shift 11.00pm-7.15am, Monday to Friday. You will be operating plastic extruder machines to manufacture PE and PVC pipe while completing quality checks to ensure specific standards are met. OSH forklift would be considered favourable and full training will be provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test and must be conviction free.
